DESIGNATED FOREIGN RECRUITER (DFR)- PROGRAM:
Eligible delegates who successfully complete the Certificate in Foreign Recruitment will have access to an online exam at end of the session. Candidates who pass this exam could be entitled to use the “Designated Foreign Recruiter” and post-nominal of DFR. This designation is issued by the Global School of Corporate Excellence (GSCE). Please look below for the requirements to become a DESIGNATED FOREIGN RECRUITER.
DESIGNATED FOREIGN RECRUITER (DFR) ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business OR management OR Diploma in HR OR three years experience in HR; and
- Certificate in Foreign Recruitment (i.e attending the full-day course); and
- Passing the exam (minimum 60%); and
- Adherence to the GSCE Professional Code of Conduct for designated graduates.
